POSTAGE & STORE POLICY

POSTAGE COSTS
All postage is added at checkout. Postage for heavy pieces and commissions is worked out separately (it will say in the items description if this is the case). If you are based in the North East of England we can arrange local pickup of heavy pieces to avoid postage costs.
 
POSTAGE TIMES
For all available work, postage is within one week of the order being placed.
For commissioned pieces, time scales will be worked out when we discuss the artwork.
 
TRACKING
All work is sent fully insured and tracked, via UPS. You will receive an email once dispatched with a reference number which can then be used to track your delivery online.
 
RETURNS
I am happy to accept returns if your piece is damaged or you are not completely satisfied with the work.
 
PACKAGING
I am committed to sustainability and the environment. As part of my dedication to reducing waste I use recycled packaging wherever possible.
